My years working in film, theater, design and in expressive and healing arts have fostered a strong belief in the power of imagination, play, and curiosity to influence and shape our experience as we continue on this path of self-awareness and self-actualization.
Integral in this process of unfolding is the interplay of the body, mind, and spiritual life.
My own meditation practice formally began in 1993, which very much informs the way in which I experience and respect my clients to be carriers of their own inner resources.
I work with clients to discover their own inner knowledge and wisdom. When appropriate, I encourage clients to explore their own meditation practice, if that speaks to them, whatever form that resonates most for them, as a pillar of their own mental wellness.
